Come out and join Outdoor Rec and Squeaky Wheels Bike Expert Pat Thompson for a late fall bike ride around beautiful Forest Park in the heart of St. Louis. This is the largest park in an urban area at 1,371 acres, with some of the most unique attractions in the local area; including the Jewel box, the Boathouse, the St. Louis Zoo and the Science Center. We will be finishing up our leisurely Sunday ride at the Delmar Loop stopping for lunch(on you) at the poplar Fitz\'s eatery a one of a kind restaurant known for their legendary Root Beer among other treats. We will finish up with a tour of Anheuser Bush Brewery complete with the historic Budweiser Clydesdale Stable, Beechwood Lager Cellars, historic Brew House and Bevo Packaging Facility and beer tasting.
The cost of the trip is will $28.00 and includes transportation, bike/helmet, guided tour, and minor bike adjustment. Must be 10 or older to participate, children under 18 must be accompanied by adults.
The trip will leave from Outdoor Recreation at 9 am so please be here ready to load at 8:45 am. If you would like to bring your own bike please feel free to. Dress comfortable
If you need to cancel 48 hours prior you will receive all but $5.00 back if within 48 hrs no refund will be giving
